Coles Liquor Group Retail Agreement 2014

This Agreement applies to all members of the retail team, Coles Online and Coles services, but not to team members who work primarily in the meat sector. Over the past two months, considerable progress has been made in putting in place a new agreement that meets the SDA`s objectives of improving penalty interest, protecting take-away wages, ensuring hard-earned union conditions and guaranteeing higher wages for all. The company has proposed a price-based model for the new deal with many modifications. This will make it possible to respond to certain requests from the SDA in favour of improving penalty interest. The SDA continues to focus on protecting wages at home, ensuring a wage increase for all employees, and maintaining hard-earned conditions when moving to a new agreement. We have now formally reacted to Coles` draft new agreement, which is a rewards-based platform. Once an application has been approved or rejected, it is no longer listed below. To find an agreement that has been approved or modified, please find an agreement. Coles and the SDA have agreed on a project for a new EBA project covering members of the retail team. The SDA fought for the best possible outcomes for Coles employees and the framework of the proposed agreement was approved by hundreds of SDA delegates and Coles delegates at meetings across Australia. The SDA has held meetings with Coles for a new agreement over the past two days. The move to a new price-based deal means the SDA has had to fight for better terms won by SDA union members over decades of negotiations.

Due to the end of the Coles Enterprise Award and the Fair Work Commission`s decision on the 2014 Coles agreement, the proposed agreement is based on a framework compatible with the General Retail Industry Award. The SDA has worked hard to ensure a salary structure that protects existing staff and guarantees salary increases for the future. The list of applications includes the case number, the name of the applicant, the title of the agreement, the sector, the date of filing of the application, the approval or amendment of an agreement and the status of the application. This page contains a list of applications for approval or amendment of a company agreement currently being examined by the Fair Work Commission. Without the vote of the Coles workers, no new agreement will be put in place. Please indicate your name, matter number and the name of the agreement. A team member should contact them within 2 business days….
